משרות ב-IDF Widows & Orphans Organization

The IDF Widows & Orphans Organization (IDFWO) is the only nonprofit officially recognized by the State of Israel to represent the spouses and children of fallen soldiers, police officers, and members of Israel’s security services. Founded in 1991, IDFWO provides lifelong emotional, social, and financial support to the families who have lost a loved one in the defense of the State of Israel. Following October 7, 2023, more than 350 widows and over 900 orphans joined our community. Our mission expanded dramatically to ensure these families receive the care, stability, and opportunities they deserve. Today IDFWO operates more than 30 programs providing psychosocial, financial, and community support: • Healing retreats • Children’s resilience and mentorship programs • Educational scholarships • Vocational training and career development • Community building and lifelong social support While wars end, our responsibility to the families who paid the highest price never does. IDFWO works in close cooperation with the Israeli Ministry of Defense and is the only organization in Israel with automatic enrollment of bereaved families from all branches of the security services.
