NephFlo is developing both an artificial implantable kidney and an artificial wearable kidney to provide an 'off-the-shelf' solution for people, suffering from severe chronic kidney disease and End-Stage-Renal Failure (ESRF) and can't get a kidney transplant due to the lack of available, transplantable kidneys.
