Our strategy is to develop innovative spaces that meet our customers’ changing needs and lifestyles, and this is reflected in our NIS 20+ billion portfolio of 26 assets. Spread on an aggregated area of 814K SqM which is leased to about 2,300 tenants, our portfolio of commercial real estate assets includes also the most premium shopping mall in Israel ‘Ramat Aviv Mall’, Grand Kanyon Mall Haifa, Grand Kanyon Mall Petah Tiqwa, Grand Kanyon Mall Be'er Sheva, Ofer Hakiryon and others – with 70 million visits a year, hosting the largest number of international brands. In addition, the company has 3 projects under construction in a total area of 197,000 square meters, including the Landmark project located in Sarona Tel Aviv, and and several other projects in various planning phases. The company joined the TA-35 index and other leading TASE indexes in 2014. Our HQ are based in Herzlyia, Israel.
