Deployment & Integration: Help deploy AI agents into production environments and integrate them into existing workflows. Monitoring & Optimization: Evaluate model performance, test for accuracy, and tweak algorithms for continuous improvement. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for AI model architectures, data pipelines, and deployment processes Scale: Build highly scalable solutions that can leverage large data sets effectively Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI, or machine learning Practical experience with LLM-based systems Data Handling: Working knowledge of SQL, and data preprocessing techniques. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, .NET is a plus Work experience in a cloud environment, preferably AWS; CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring/observability Independent, self-managing contributor Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling; familiarity with NoSQL technologies Problem solver Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
