Bookkeeper

Description Helfy, a growing international health-tech company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This position combines core bookkeeping responsibilities with general administrative and office coordination tasks. Responsibilities Collaborate with the company external bookkeeping and accounting firms. Organize and upload financial documents to the external bookkeeping system (Dokka/NetSuite). Set up and manage vendors and customers information in the ERP system. Upload expenses invoices and ensure accurate classification of invoices (fixed assets, prepayments, etc.). Issuing customers invoices as needed Support in bank reconciliations. Support in preparation of VAT report to VAT authorities aboard. Preparing reports from the system as needed. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles. Certified Bookkeeper + full high school diploma. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Fluent in Hebrew and English – both written and spoken. Additional languages such as German and/or Russian – a plus. Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite) – advantage. Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
