Elmo Motion Control is looking for a Bookkeeper- Maternity Leave Replacement to join our team! Key Responsibilities Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and providing administrative support to the Finance team, while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines. Entering and recording supplier invoices in the accounting system. Reviewing supplier invoices and matching them with purchase orders in the system. Handling routine bookkeeping tasks according to the department’s needs. Providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the Finance department. Recording and tracking employee travel expenses. Handling ad-hoc bookkeeping tasks and supporting the Finance team with ongoing activities. Requirements Previous bookkeeping experience – an advantage. Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role – mandatory. Experience working with supplier invoices – an advantage. Bookkeeping Certificate – Type 2 – an advantage. Experience with Priority – an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Hebrew: Very good | English: Good. Responsibility and attention to detail. Motivation and willingness to learn.
