Shape your career and the future of medical imaging with us. We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Bookkeeper to maintain accurate records of our day-to-day financial transactions. The Bookkeeper will be part of our growing financial department and will report to the Director of Finance. Responsibilities Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services. Ensure invoices are approved for payment and coded accurately. Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Collaborate with procurement and other departments to verify invoices and resolve discrepancies. Tracking payments received and following up on overdue accounts. Assist in month-end closing activities. Requirements Certified bookkeeper Type 2. 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper (Hi-Tech or multi-national company – an advantage). Good-level English. Experience working with SAP by design - an advantage. Experience with SOX process - an advantage. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Able to work independently and under pressure.
