Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Beer Sheva is currently seeking applicants for a Building General Maintenance. In this position, you will be responsible for performing general building maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment. You will support ongoing maintenance activities, identify and address facility-related issues, and assist with various repair and improvement projects throughout the site. Job Location : Beer Sheva is the capital of the Negev, located in Southern Israel. The factory in Beer Sheva was established in 1996 in the “Emek Sarah” industrial area and has over 1,000 employees. What you will be doing: Perform general building maintenance and repair activities. Carry out basic repairs related to facilities, equipment, furniture, doors, locks, and other building components. Identify maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution. Support preventive maintenance activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Assist with site improvement projects and various technical tasks as required. Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers when needed. What you will bring along: · Previous experience in general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a similar technical role. · Technical background and hands-on repair skills. · Ability to use basic hand and power tools. · Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and move materials when required. · Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Good organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
