Business Practice Officer – Maternity Leave Replacement (Temporary Position)

Description of Position Assist in development and implementation of Israel’s Compliance Program, in accordance with the guidance of the BPM, including relevant elements, such as self-inspection, risk-assessment, policies and training. Review and assist in drafting and implementation of compliance procedures. Implement and provide on-going support regarding compliance systems. Assist BPM in providing guidance to local units in all compliance aspects and questions. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and content. Provide guidance and support to local units regarding and during internal and external audits, including the tracking of remediation actions. Assist in providing solutions to compliance-oriented dilemmas and gaps. Serve as secretary of the local Compliance Committee. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and effectively communicate and share information with relevant stakeholders. Assist the company’s Privacy Steward in all aspects of the privacy compliance program. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or providing service to the pharmaceutical industry. Ability to lead multiple cross-functional tasks and projects in an orderly manner. Ability to focus and be persistent in completing tasks/projects. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication and training skills. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
