מנהל/ת מסחרי/ת ופיננסי/ת לפרויקטים Commercial & Financial Project Manager לחברה גלובלית מובילה דרוש/ה מנהל/ת מסחרי/ת ופיננסי/ת להובלת ההיבטים העסקיים והפיננסיים של פרויקטים גדולים ומורכבים. זהו תפקיד מרכזי המשלב אחריות מלאה על הביצועים הפיננסיים והמסחריים של הפרויקטים, עבודה שוטפת מול הנהלה בכירה וממשקים בינלאומיים, והשפעה ישירה על קבלת החלטות עסקיות. תחומי אחריות • אחריות כוללת על הרווחיות, התזרים והביצועים המסחריים והפיננסיים של פרויקטים רחבי היקף. • בניית תקציבים, תחזיות ותוכניות פיננסיות, לצד בקרה וניתוח ביצועים לאורך חיי הפרויקט. • ניהול תזרים מזומנים, הכנסות, עלויות ועמידה ביעדים העסקיים. • ניהול חוזים מסחריים מול לקוחות וספקים, לרבות שינויים, תביעות, חריגים ומחלוקות. • הובלת תהליכי ניהול סיכונים והזדמנויות וגיבוש תוכניות לצמצום חשיפות. • הכנת מודלים פיננסיים, ניתוחי תרחישים ובדיקות כדאיות לצורך תמיכה בהחלטות הנהלה. • הצגת נתונים, תחזיות ותובנות עסקיות בפני הנהלה בכירה. • עבודה שוטפת עם ממשקים בארץ ובחו”ל, ובפרט מול המטה בגרמניה. • שיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות הנדסה, תפעול, רכש, משפטים וכספים. • ניהול חשיפות מטבע וסיכונים פיננסיים. • הובלת תהליכי התייעלות, שיפור ודיגיטציה. דרישות התפקיד • תואר ראשון בכלכלה, מנהל עסקים, חשבונאות או תחום רלוונטי. • לפחות 7 שנות ניסיון בתפקידי כספים בחברה מסחרית. • ניסיון משמעותי בחברה גלובלית בעלת מטה בחו”ל – חובה. • ניסיון בתפקיד Financial Lead, Commercial Manager, Project Controller או תפקיד דומה בפרויקטים מורכבים. • ניסיון בהובלת ההיבטים הפיננסיים של פרויקט גדול ובהצגת נתונים להנהלה בכירה. • הבנה עסקית ומסחרית חזקה, לצד אוריינטציה לניהול פרויקטים. • יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות, דיוק וירידה לפרטים. • יכולת לעבוד תחת לחץ ולנהל מספר משימות וממשקים במקביל. • ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP ומערכות דיווח ובקרה. • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד, לרבות ניהול שיחות והצגת נתונים – חובה. מיקום ומתכונת העבודה • יומיים בשבוע באשקלון. • יום בשבוע בראש העין. • עבודה במתכונת היברידית. • התפקיד כולל רכב. • משרה מלאה וקבועה.
