The position reports to the local CFO and is based in our office in Rehovot. Responsibilities Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and cash flow statements, in compliance with local law and group standards. Ongoing budget control, forecasting (Forecast), and management of financial projections. Implement new analytical accounting methods (standard costs, tracking production and R&D hours) with corresponding ERP adaptation. Monitor and analyze expenses vs. budget by cost center and present relevant reports to local management. Collaborate with the centralized global team during month-end closing processes. Contribute to the budgetary process: 3-year Budget and 5-year Strategic Business Planning (SBP). Analyze financial data and generate management reports for senior executives to support strategic decision-making. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and manage internal and external audit processes. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration – Mandatory. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license – Mandatory. Experience from a BIG4 accounting firm, specifically from the High-Tech / Technology department – Mandatory Proven experience in preparing monthly reports for international corporate companies – Mandatory. Full proficiency in English (written and spoken), including the ability to prepare and present financial presentations – Mandatory. Ability to work independently with high precision and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment – Mandatory. Full-time position with the possibility of overtime as needed.
