We’re looking for a passionate Budget & Control Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving data-based insights, financial analysis, and performance optimization across the organization. What you’ll do? Lead performance data management: collect and consolidate information from multiple sources, design databases, and connect them to automated reports and dashboards. Analyze performance — identifying trends, efficiency levels, risks, and opportunities. Deliver actionable insights, alerts, and recommendations that support strategic decisions. Prepare budgets and monitor actual performance against targets and KPIs. Initiate and lead projects, collaborate with global and local management, focusing on process improvement, data automation, and efficiency. Requirements Academic degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering & Management— A must. 4+ years of experience in an analytical or financial position — A must. Hands-on experience with Advanced VBA & Excel — A must. Experience working with finance / budget-oriented data — A must. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into insights. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) — A must. Collaborative, proactive, and curious — someone who strives to improve and make an impact.
