We are seeking for a Customer Support Specialist, to join the Support team and provide world-class support to our customers. Key Responsibilities Provide fast, professional, and personal support to Dealhub’s customers worldwide. Work on a ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls, and video calls. Provide application support on Dealhub’s platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms. Do troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solved. Make the customer satisfied with the solution and support provided. Requirements Have previous experience as a Support Specialist in a Saas B2B companies. Have proven experience with CRM integrations and implementation. Be familiar with business applications and CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / etc.). Have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Be bold, ambitious, and make things done. Think out of the box and lead a surprising problem-solving approach! Have prior experience with SQL queries. Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology/ Information Systems). Be a great team player!
