Description בנק דיסקונט מגייס Data Scientist מנוסה למחלקת ניהול מוצרי כרטיסי אשראי ואמצעי תשלום. התפקיד כולל שימוש מתקדם בדאטה ופיתוח מודלים מורכבים לחיזוי התנהגות לקוחות, זיהוי דפוסי שימוש, התאמה אישית של הצעות ערך, ניתוח מגמות ואופטימיזציה של קמפיינים, במטרה להוביל קבלת החלטות מבוססת נתונים, לשפר את ביצועי המוצרים, לזהות הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות ולייצר ערך משמעותי ללקוחות ולבנק. תחומי אחריות: עבודה עם מאגרי נתונים גדולים תוך פיתוח ושימוש באלגוריתמים מבוססי Machine Learning על מנת לזהות כיוונים ומגמות בעולמות תוכן שונים עם מיקוד בעולמות כרטיסי אשראי, ארנקים דיגיטליים ואמצעי תשלום מתקדמים זיהוי אתגרים עסקיים לטובת שיפור קבלת החלטות עסקיות הקשורות בניהול סיכון האשראי, הגדלת מחזורי סליקה, זיהוי נטישה/הקטנת פעילות פיתוח מודלים מורכבים לחיזוי נטישת לקוחות, רכישת מוצרים, שימוש בכרטיסי אשראי ואמצעי תשלום, תגובה לקמפיינים, התנהגות צרכנית, הגדלת מכירות, פרסונליזציה והמלצות ללקוחות, וכו' פיתוח מודלים ותהליכי בקרה להתחשבנות מול חברות תשלומים ושותפים עסקיים (חברות כרטיסי אשראי ,מועדונים וכו') איתור ואיסוף מקורות מידע פנים ארגוני כגון היסטוריית עסקאות, שימושי אשראי, ערוצים דיגיטליים וכו', וחיצוניים כגון בנקים מתחרים, חברות כרטיסי אשראי, נתוני שוק ומגמות הבניית מאגרי מידע נוספים, איפיון והגדרת הצגת המידע ותוצריו למקבלי ההחלטות ביחידה ובארגון ניהול ובקרה על הכנסות היחידה ,ניתוח שוטף של ההכנסות על רבדיה השונים (עמלה צולבת, דמי כרטיס, ריבית, מט"ח וכו') לצד ההוצאות התפעוליות Requirements תואר ראשון רלוונטי (כלכלה , מדעי המחשב, סטטיסטיקה, מתמטיקה, הנדסת תעשיה וניהול עם התמחות במערכות מידע) בוגר תוכנית הכשרת Data Scientist ע"י גוף מוכר ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים כ-Data Scientist מארגון פיננסי גדול (יתרון לבנקים וחברות כרטיסי אשראי) ניסיון מוכח בפיתוח מודלים של Machine Learning שליטה ב-Python ובספריות כגון Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn ניסיון בעבודה עם SQL וביצוע ניתוחים על בסיסי נתונים גדולים. היכרות עם שיטות סטטיסטיות, כריית נתונים (Data Mining) והערכת ביצועי מודלים. ניסיון שימוש בכלי AI
