At Commit Technology Solutions, we’re growing our Hybrid Cloud Group and looking for a hands-on DevOps Team Leader to join our team.
The Hybrid Cloud Group is leading projects, consulting customers (Enterprise companies, the defense sector and more), and providing solutions for complex scenarios.

What You’ll Do:
· Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers
· Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
· Work primarily with AWS, and On-Prem environments
· Architect and Design scalable, production-grade, secure, high-availability microservices architectures
· Operate within complex multi-account AWS environments
· Implement cloud security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
· Work on strategic and mission-critical projects in both air-gaped and secured environments
· Explore and integrate Agents, GenAI, and AI-driven infrastructure workflows
General details:
· Work mode: Hybrid (Customer sites, office, home)
· Security clearance: Preferable in advance, or after recruitment
· Ability to work independently and with customers
Requirements
Must Have:
· 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
· Strong expertise with Docker & Kubernetes/OpenShift
· AWS Solution Architect certification – mandatory
· Deep experience designing AWS architectures
· Experience working in multi-account AWS environments
· Strong cloud security background - IAM, Secrets Management, encryption, segmentation, K8s security
· Experience with GitOps methodologies
· Familiarity with Agents and GenAI domains
· Networking & system fundamentals
· Experience building production environments from scratch
Additional requirements:
· Kubernetes hardening & container security
· Service Mesh technologies such as Istio
· Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk
· Observability & SRE best practices
· AI Infrastructure & LLMOps experience
· Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
