תיאור התפקיד:
ניהול וליווי פיננסי לפרויקטים, בניית תחזיות פיננסיות ותקציב לפרויקטים ומעקב ביצוע (בהיבטי מכירות, תקבולים, הזמנות חדשות, עלויות ורווח)
עבודה בממשקים עם מנהלים בארגון ומול חברות בנות, בקרות תכנון מול ביצוע
עבודה שוטפת ותיאום מול ממשקים רבים בארגון – מנהלי תוכניות, ייצור, הנדסה, רכש
בנייה וניהול תקציבי הפרויקטים ביחידה העסקית בהיבטי מכירות, עלויות ,תזרים מזומנים
ניהול סיכונים תקציביים של הפרויקט , זיהוי חריגות ומתן המלצות לשיפור
בניית תחזיות לפרויקט ובקרה על ביצועים בפועל מול התקציב והתחזית
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בכלכלה / הנדסה תעשייה וניהול
תואר שני יתרון
ניסיון של שלוש שנים לפחות בבניית תחזיות פיננסיות ובקרה תקציבית
יכולת אנליטית גבוהה, דייקנות ועצמאות, ראש גדול, יכולת עבודה בתנאי לחץ, הבנה וחשיבה עסקית
אנגלית ברמה טובה
נגישות גבוהה למערכות מידע (בעיקר יישומי אופיס ו-ERP)
עבודת צוות ושיתוף פעולה, כושר לימוד מהיר ועצמאי
יכולת הנעה ותיאום ממשקים שונים
