Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical assembly of electromechanical systems and automation equipment.
• Assemble prototypes and development systems as part of R&D and product development activities.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.

This role combines office-based engineering activities with on-site customer support and project execution. The position is responsible for leading and supporting electrical and control aspects of automation projects, upgrades, retrofits, integrations, and commissioning activities.
As a key technical focal point, you will work closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure high-quality execution and successful project delivery.

• Provide professional guidance, supervision, and technical support to electrical and control contractors at customer sites.

The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple project sites, including coordination of all on-site activities related to electro-mechanical system installation. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment while managing several nearby sites simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple project sites in parallel within the same geographic area

Lead and supervise subcontractors, installation teams, and site personnel
