Financial Planning & Performance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced FP&A to join our team and support business decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and performance management. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Analyze project, client, and business unit profitability Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to management Develop financial and operational KPIs, reports, and executive presentations Support financial processes and systems, including SAP implementation Requirements 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, or business planning Experience working in project-based or complex operational environments Hands-on experience with SAP in a financial environment - mandatory Strong analytical skills with experience working with senior stakeholders Advanced Excel skills and a bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering The position is open for all genders as well as people with disabilities.
