FP&A Analyst

We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on FP&A Analyst to build and scale the planning and analytics capabilities that support RealPlay's growth.Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll own the financial planning infrastructure of the business—from financial models and forecasting frameworks to reporting automation and analytical tools. You'll work closely with leadership across Marketing, Product, BI, and Finance to transform data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex analytical problems, building scalable models, and creating the financial infrastructure that enables a fast-growing business to make smarter decisions. RESPONSABILITIS Own and maintain the company's financial models (budget, forecast, and long-range planning). Build driver-based models tied to user growth, monetization, and marketing performance. Design and maintain the FP&A data infrastructure, including model inputs, reporting layers, and analytical datasets. Work hands-on with large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability. Develop and automate dashboards and recurring management reporting. Perform deep-dive analyses on cohorts, LTV/CAC, profitability, and business performance. Partner with Marketing, Product, BI, and leadership to support strategic decision-making. Partner closely with the Director of Finance & Accounting to ensure planning models are built on accurate financial data and reporting. Support scenario planning and evaluate strategic growth initiatives. Requirements 3+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting, analytics, or other data-intensive finance roles. Strong financial modeling skills, including extensive knowledge in common tools. Hands-on SQL skills are required; Python and BI tools are a strong advantage. Experience working with large, complex datasets and building structured analytical outputs. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect business drivers to financial outcomes. High ownership mindset—you build, maintain, and continuously improve what you create. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal structure. Experience in gaming, fintech, or consumer technology. Familiarity with cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, unit economics, and growth analytics. Budgeting and forecasting become increasingly automated, accurate, and driver-based. Leadership relies on your analyses to optimize investments, improve profitability, and evaluate growth opportunities.
