Global Planning Director

Description DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking a Global Planning Director to lead end-to-end planning activities across the organization, based at the Beit Shean manufacturing site. The role includes close collaboration with global “Home Markets” and replaces the current Director. Key Responsibilities Lead global planning: demand, production plan, material planning, capacity plan and inventory. Drive S&OP / MPS and align demand with capacity Interface with international “Home Markets” stakeholders Optimize material allocation, production array, capacity and inventory management Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement Oversight, synchronize and develop the company worldwide planning teams Key Interfaces Production & Manufacturing (Home markets) Global Supply Chain Program / Project Management Finance International teams Requirements 10+ years in senior managerial positions at planning / supply chain (global manufacturing) Leadership experience Strong S&OP knowledge Experience working with global stakeholders Bachelor’s degree (MBA – advantage)
