Skip to main content 🔍 Hiring: Head of Client Management | Jobsseek Head of Client Management Jobsseek משרה מלאה Location : Netanya, Center District, Israel Category : ייעוץ, מכירות, שיווק Date Posted : July 15, 2026 Job Description אנו מחפשים VP Clients מנוסה ומוביל/ה להצטרף להנהלת סוכנות דיגיטל מובילה בנתניה. בתפקיד אסטרטגי זה, תהיה/י אחראי/ת באופן מלא על מערך ניהול הלקוחות של החברה, תוך הבטחת רמת שירות יוצאת דופן וחיזוק קשרי לקוחות אסטרטגיים. זהו תפקיד בכיר הכולל ניהול והובלת צוות מנהלי הלקוחות, אחריות על מערכות היחסים עם הלקוחות המרכזיים של הסוכנות, והובלת אסטרטגיות שיווק 360. התפקיד דורש שילוב של יכולות ניהול אנשים, חשיבה עסקית-אסטרטגית, והבנה עמוקה בעולמות הדיגיטל והשיווק. תחומי האחריות: • ניהול והובלה מקצועית ואישית של כלל מערך מנהלי הלקוחות בסוכנות. • אחריות כוללת על איכות ניהול הלקוחות, רמת השירות, שביעות רצון הלקוחות ושימורם. • ניהול והעמקת מערכות יחסים עם לקוחות אסטרטגיים ומקבלי החלטות בכירים. • הובלת אסטרטגיות שיווק 360 עבור לקוחות מרכזיים, בשיתוף כלל המחלקות המקצועיות. • בניית תהליכי עבודה, מתודולוגיות וסטנדרטים מקצועיים למחלקת הלקוחות. • זיהוי הזדמנויות עסקיות להרחבת הפעילות עם לקוחות קיימים (Upsell/Cross-sell). הצטרף/י אלינו והובל/י את מערך הלקוחות שלנו קדימה, בסביבה דינמית ותומכת המציעה הזדמנויות צמיחה והשפעה משמעותיות.
