This isn't your typical corporate marketing role. We need an energetic growth driver with infectious enthusiasm—someone who builds the strategy from scratch but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and build the campaigns themselves. If you treat obstacles as sports, don’t take "no" for an answer, and know how to turn a complex deep-tech story into a global brand market-mover, you belong with us. 🎯 What You'll Do (Essential Duties) Brand, Narrative & PR Brand & Narrative: Own AGEERA’s global brand, positioning, and market voice to ensure B2B differentiation and build trust with asset owners and investors. PR & Thought Leadership: Turn our market successes, scientific research, and financial advantages into compelling stories, Whitepapers, Case Studies, and press releases. Social & Community: Build a recognizable brand voice on LinkedIn and professional platforms, nurturing a dedicated energy-industry community. Investor & Partner Support: Create marketing collateral for joint ventures, corporate partnerships, and investor relations. Growth, Campaigns & B2B Lead Gen Campaign & Funnel Management: Plan and optimize digital/offline campaigns, owning global B2B lead generation, CRO, and enterprise marketing funnels. Conventions & Global Events: Take end-to-end responsibility for representing AGEERA at key international energy conferences and trade shows. Data & Analytics: Maintain marketing automation, CRM workflows, and analytical dashboards for data-driven decisions. Energy Project & Market Strategy BESS Project Marketing: Drive positioning for energy storage assets from initial pipeline identification to final grid connection. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor global energy regulations to ensure all project messaging perfectly aligns with compliance standards. Asset Tracking: Assist in managing energy asset performance goals across deployment sites. AI-Native Operations AI Integration: Design an AI-native operating model, leveraging tools across content, creative, and research to run a lean, high-scale corporate marketing setup. 🧠 Your Profile & DNA (What makes you a fit) The Mindset: Resilient, high-energy, and proactive. Strategic & Hands-on: Exceptional ability to lead long-term marketing strategies while remaining 100% hands-on in daily execution. Domain Expertise: Experience in the energy market, with a significant advantage for a deep understanding of BESS, solar/renewables, grid infrastructure, or VPPs. Execution Mastery: Deep, practical experience in performance marketing, growth leadership, and content creation. Tech & AI Literacy: High proficiency with modern marketing tech-stacks, CRMs, and practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law, or Industrial Engineering & Management.
