לאתר החברה בחולון דרוש.ה HRBP במסגרת התפקיד: מתן מענה לעובדים ומנהלים בכל היבטי משאבי אנוש בקו/ אגף טיפול בפרט לאורך כל חיי העובד בחברה- ניהול תהליכי איוש, ניוד, קליטה, עזיבה, פרט ורווחה ליווי ויעוץ למנהלים גיבוש והוצאה לפועל של תוכניות עבודה ליישום אסטרטגיות HR בארגון תמיכה והטמעת מגוון תהליכים חוצי ארגון ומרובי ממשקים ליווי תהליכי שינוי ארגוניים דרישות: תואר אקדמי במדעי ההתנהגות/ החברה/ משאבי אנוש תואר שני- יתרון ניסיון קודם של 5 שנים לפחות בתחום משאבי אנוש ניסיון משמעותי קודם בליווי מנהלים בדרגי ביניים תקשורת בינאישית מצוינת, יכולת עבודה בצוותים גנריים ורוחביים, תודעת שירות גבוהה יכולות למידה, ורסטיליות ועבודה עצמאית בסביבה משתנה ודינאמית *הפניה מיועדת לנשים וגברים כאחד *רק פניות מתאימות יענו #Holon
