Human Resources Director – Israel

The Opportunity Verint is seeking an experienced Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HRBP leadership for our Israel site of approximately 150-200 employees. This role serves as the primary HR leader for the location, partnering closely with the site leader as well as global functional leaders, primarily in R&D, as well as other global support functions. This is a hands‑on role for a seasoned HR leader with deep expertise in Israel labor law and employment practices, strong judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization while reporting into an Americas‑based leader.
