IT & System Administrator

We're looking for an IT & System Administrator to join our IT team and help deliver a seamless technology experience across the company. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our internal IT environment- from employee support and system administration to SaaS management, onboarding, and cross-platform integrations. You'll work with modern cloud-based tools, identity providers, and automation platforms to improve internal processes, implement new technologies, and ensure our teams have everything they need to work efficiently. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve technical issues through the internal ticketing system. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user provisioning, access management, and device setup. Administer and maintain internal systems such as Google Workspace, identity providers (IDPs), and other SaaS applications. Configure new tools, connect systems, and implement integrations between internal platforms. Support the rollout and adoption of new technologies across the organization. Assist with automation and workflow improvements using integration platforms and internal tools. Manage hardware procurement, software licensing, and IT inventory. Work closely with employees and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless IT experience. Requirements A passion for technology and solving technical problems. Familiarity with corporate IT environments and SaaS applications. Experience working with tools such as Google Workspace, identity providers (Okta, Google Identity, Entra ID, or similar), or ticketing systems is an advantage. Exposure to automation or integration platforms such as Workato, Make, Zapier, or scripting tools is a plus. A customer-first mindset with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent English communication skills.
