לחברה בטחונית מובילה המפתחת ומייצרת מערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות מתקדמות עבור התעשייה הביטחונית, מגייסת ראש מחלקת תוכנה (Head of Software Department) מוכשר/ת להובלת הלב הטכנולוגי של מוצרינו המורכבים.
בתפקיד זה תוביל/י את הלב הפועם של מערכות ה-EO/IR המתקדמות בעולם. התפקיד כולל אחריות מקצה לקצה על אסטרטגיית התוכנה, החל מהגדרת ארכיטקטורה למערכות מולטידיסציפלינריות מורכבות ועד להטמעת טכנולוגיות Computer Vision ו-AI מתקדמות במוצרי החברה המובילים.
תחומי האחריות:
הובלה אסטרטגית: גיבוש והובלת מפת הדרכים הטכנולוגית (Software Roadmap) של המחלקה בהלימה ליעדי החברה.
ניהול והעצמה: ניהול ישיר של מספר קבוצות פיתוח ובדיקות (כ-20 מפתחים), כולל חניכה ופיתוח מקצועי של ראשי צוותים.
ארכיטקטורה וחדשנות: הובלת תהליכי תכנון ארכיטקטוני למערכות Real-Time Embedded מורכבות, תוך דגש על מודולריות.
סינרגיה מולטידיסציפלינרית: עבודה הדוקה מול מחלקות אלגוריתמיקה (CV/AI), חומרה ומערכת, להבטחת אינטגרציה חלקה.
מצוינות תפעולית: הטמעה ושכלול של מתודולוגיות Agile, תהליכי CI/CD ו-DevOps מתקדמים לייעול ה-Time-to-Market.
אנו מחפשים מוביל/ה טכנולוגי/ת המסוגל/ת לגשר בין דרישות שוק דינמיות לבין פיתוח הנדסי ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, תוך יצירת סביבת עבודה מעצימה ומקדמת.
Requirements
לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול מחלקה או מספר קבוצות פיתוח (ניהול מנהלים) בסביבה טכנולוגית מורכבת - חובה.
מומחיות טכנולוגית וניסיון עמוק בפיתוח ++C וארכיטקטורת תוכנה למערכות Embedded Linux / RTOS מרובות רכיבים.
ניסיון מוכח בעבודה בסביבה מולטידיסציפלינרית (SW/HW/Algo) - חובה.
ניסיון מעשי בהובלת שינויים ארגוניים בתחומי ה-DevOps, אוטומציה של בדיקות ושיפור איכות התוכנה.
תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב / הנדסת תוכנה / הנדסת חשמל ממוסד אקדמי מוביל. תואר שני - יתרון משמעותי.
כתיבת קוד - C++/C# ,ניסיון ב- embedded ,כתיבת אפליקציות, שילוב של DevOps, edgeAI , בדיקות תוכנה
