Maintenance Infrastructure Manager

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of the organization's worldwide testing equipment, manufacturing equipment , facilities and infrastructure. Responsibilities: Define and execute the company equipment needs and technical requirements, for all the company sites at global perspective. Oversee maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with external contractors. Plan and manage infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects. Manage maintenance, equipment and testing equipment budgets, procurement, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Generate reports and track maintenance KPIs. Ensure 24/7 plant and facility operation Requirements: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in plant engineer/ maintenance/infrastructure managerial roles, with 6+ years in a leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, RF- Significant advantage Proven leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
