Marketing Team Leader

A successful office-real-estate company is looking for a Marketing Team Leader to take full ownership of the company's marketing activity - from strategy to execution. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company’s growth, brand positioning, and revenue. You will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, manage a team of 2 and external vendors, and drive measurable business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position Scope: Full-time from the office (1 workday from home) Location: Tel Aviv, near a light-rail station Key Responsibilities: Lead the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business goals Manage the marketing team and external vendors (digital, social, creative, PR, etc.) Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline campaigns Own lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and marketing funnels Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams Analyze performance data and continuously optimize marketing activities Lead branding initiatives, launches, and marketing asset creation Manage the marketing budget and ensure strong ROI Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, and at least one within a real-estate company 1+ years of experience leading a small marketing team (1-2 employees is enough) Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and driving lead generation Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, SEO, CRM) Experience working with multiple vendors simultaneously High analytical skills and strong business orientation Experience working closely with sales teams - a significant advantage Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills Creative thinking combined with strong execution capabilities
