The engagement is a tailored, multi-year partnership with our customers. Through this offering, customers, in collaboration with our partners, gain access to SAP global teams of experts across all cloud product and solution portfolios. ROLE DESCRIPTION A Success Plan Manager is responsible for defining and orchestrating Cloud Services for customers with a Max cloud subscription. As a trusted advisor, you play a crucial role in the setup and execution of the customer transformation roadmap with SAP Cloud Services. Based on your SAP track record, you bring both functional and/or technical expertise together with strong coordination skills to orchestrate SAP global teams and specialists, creating tangible business outcomes for our customers. The Success Plan Manager effectively combines the responsibilities of a Portfolio Manager (identifying and prioritizing Cloud Services with customers) and a Service Delivery Manager (ensuring Cloud Services are delivered as contracted). KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Lead Max Success Plan engagements. Drive adoption and optimization across all customer SAP cloud solutions. Analyze customer situations and requirements, including business processes, programs/projects, IT, transformation, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics. Plan and tailor Max Success Plan engagements to customer needs, develop value propositions, secure customer alignment, and coordinate contracts while collaborating with account teams, solution experts, industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams. Ensure high-quality execution of Max Success Plans, including governance, executive reporting, escalation management, resource planning, procurement, contract management, and service delivery. Coordinate engineering services and expert resources across end-to-end customer engagements, including design, optimization, assessments, technical integration, validation, operations, enablement, training, and workshops. REQUIREMENTS We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen, and presentation skills. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Strong cultural awareness, diplomacy, professionalism, and relationship-building skills. Highly customer-service oriented with strong customer management capabilities. Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks across customer IT, business organizations, and the SAP ecosystem. Proven problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. Fluent spoken and written English. Open to travel. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics. WORK EXPERIENCE 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Solutions, Industry Solutions, Platform Solutions, SaaS Solutions, and Third-Party and/or Partner Technologies. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), AI technologies, and/or SAP Cloud Line of Business solutions is preferred. Experience in SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices. Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects. Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, procurement, contract lifecycle management, contract renewals, and customer retention. Experience working with C-level executives, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors.
