Mechanical Engineer – Optomechanics Team Location: Or Akiva. Job Description: Engineering development of new products from concept to serial production in the field of optomechanics Design of military systems operating in severe environmental conditions (extreme temperatures, shocks, submersion, etc.) Design of plastic injection molded parts using composite materials PCB packaging and design, including familiarity with board-level electronic components Design of flexible cable harnesses Collaboration with industrial designers and optical engineers Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering At least 10 years of experience in mechanical development At least 3 years of experience in optomechanics – packaging optical elements at the single-lens level Proficiency in manufacturing technologies: CNC machining, die casting, investment casting, etc. Full proficiency in SolidWorks Ability to work independently and as part of a team
