ניהול מקצועי של צוות החשמלאים באתר שדרות ובהמשך ניהול ישיר- מנהל 8 עובדים ניהול עקיף
אחריות על ביצוע כל עבודות החשמל במפעל הכולל אחזקה מונעת, חזויה ושבר בכל התחומים במפעל.
עמידה בדרישות חוק, נהלי איכות ובטיחות מפעלי, נהלי עבודה.
תכנון, תזמון ומיטוב תוכניות האחזקה מונעת וחזויה ותיעוד ביצוע עבודות האחזקה במערכות SAP.
חלוקת עבודה ומשמרות, טיפול ותמיכה לצוות החשמלאים בתקלות שבר כנדרש.
חלוקת אחריות, ומעקב על ביצוע משימות עבודה מחלקתיות ע"פ תוכניות האחזקה המתוכננות.
כתיבת נהלי עבודה והיתרים כנדרש.
חבר בוועדת שינויים, אחראי על ניהול ותיאום שינויים בתחום החשמל בקרה ותקשורת.
שותף בוועדות פרויקטים, קבלת ציוד חדש לאחזקה: כתיבת פ"ע והזמנת חלקי חילוף בהתאם לנדרש.

הנדסאי/ת חשמל – חובה.
רישיון חשמלאי/ת ראשי ומעלה – חובה.
מהנדס/ת חשמל – יתרון.
הכרות מעמיקה של חוק חשמל ודרישות חוק.
ניסיון בתעשייה בניהול מערכות חשמל משולבות אוטומציה ובקרה.
ניסיון בתפעול מערכות מ"ג – יתרון.
