Office Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office Manager to join us and become the face and heart of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace, loves being hands-on with day-to-day operations, and naturally keeps things running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for the ongoing office experience, from welcoming employees, candidates and guests, to managing office logistics, employee wellbeing initiatives, onboarding support, and ongoing operational tasks that help build a positive and high-performing workplace culture. What you’ll do Be the first point of contact for employees, candidates, guests, and vendors, creating a welcoming and professional experience. Manage day-to-day office operations, logistics, vendors, supplies, and workplace maintenance to ensure a smooth and efficient environment. Support employee onboarding and office administration, including workstation setup and operational needs. Help drive employee experience through wellbeing initiatives, company events, and team activities. Requirements Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail You bring a proactive, positive, people-first approach Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English Experience working in a startup environment - an advantage Experience with Google Workspace and task management tools - an advantage About Mami Mami is a fast-growing B2C commerce startup built on community, trust, and authentic connection.
