On-Site Technical Support Specialist

LabOS is looking for an On-Site Technical Support Specialist to join us in a key customer-facing role at a client site. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for LabOS users on-site, providing technical and operational support, investigating issues, managing requests, and ensuring a smooth user experience. What You'll Do: Provide day-to-day support for LabOS users. Handle user requests, configurations, permissions, and system setup. Investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform initial diagnosis. Prioritize, document, and track support tickets through resolution. Work closely with laboratory teams and translate operational needs into technical actions. Escalate critical issues when needed and ensure proper follow-up. What We're Looking For: Experience in Technical Support, Application Support, IT Operations, or a similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. High level of ownership and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
