תיאור משרה הובלת המשמרת בכל תחומי האחריות- בטיחות, תפוקות, איכות וניהול אנשים. בטיחות- אחראי לעמידה ביעד של 0 אירועי בטיחות במשמרת, איתור והסמכת נאמני בטיחות, שילוב העובדים בסיורי בטיחות, השתתפות בסטנד בטיחות מפעלי שבועי, ביצועי 6S יומיים ושבועיים, ביצוע תצפיות לפי תכנית מחלקתית, הובלת למידה במקרה של אירועים חריגים תפוקות – אחראי לביצוע תוכניות העבודה בקווי הייצור בהתאם לתוכנית מתפ"י, תוך בקרה שוטפת על מערך הדיווחים, רמות המלאי ומוכנות הקיטים, ושמירה על נהלי האיכות והבטיחות. נדרש להבין את תהליך הייצור לעומק, לרבות ניתוח זמני תקן, זיהוי צווארי בקבוק, איזון קווי הייצור וניהול המשאבים באופן המאפשר עמידה ביעדי התפוקה והיעילות.. אחראי להכנת סיכומי משמרת, זיהוי הזדמנויות לשיפור מתמיד במשמרת (פרוייקטי CR) לעמידה ביעדי CPU , הובלה של פרויקטים מעבר לשוטף לפי תעדוף של מנהלת המחלקה. איכות- עבודה לפי מקרים ותגובות, אחראי על מערכי הבקרה בקו ועבודה מול צוות האיכות במשמרת לעמידה בפרמטרים שנקבעו עבור כל מוצר, עמידה ביעדי הפחת אנשים- חניכת צוות מוביל במשמרת, קיום שיחות אישיות ושיחות משוב לכלל העובדים, אישור נוכחות כולל אישור חילנט, הערכת מנהל ל"שותפים להישגים" , הערכת מנהל בסייקל , אחריות על חניכת עובדים חדשים ובחינתם להסמכה סופית, איתור עובדים בעלי פוטנציאל לקידום פנימי ,הובלת תכנית ההסמכות והדרכות במשמרת, מתן הוקרות, חיבור העובדים ליעדים העסקיים דרישות 12 שנות לימוד- חובה אנגלית- בסיסית עברית- חובה קריאה, כתיבה, דיבור ניסיון והכרות בעבודה בתעשייה- חובה ניסיון טכני ברמת הפעלת מכונות- יתרון יכולת תקשורת והעברת מסרים בצורה ברורה עבודה בשיתוף פעולה מול הממשקים השונים במפעל יכולת ניסוח בכתב ובעל פה יכולת הובלה והנעה של העובדים יכולת התאמה לנסיבות מציאות משתנה במהירות קבלת מרות שליטה מלאה בתוכנות OFFICE ואאוטלוק ORACLE, MATICS- יתרון Responsibilities (English) Shift Leadership & Operational Management Lead the shift across all key areas of responsibility, including Safety, Production, Quality, and People Management. Safety Accountable for achieving the target of zero safety incidents during the shift. Identify and certify Safety Champions. Engage employees in safety tours and initiatives. Participate in the weekly plant Safety Stand-Up meetings. Conduct daily and weekly 6S activities. Perform safety observations according to the departmental plan. Lead investigations and lessons learned following safety incidents or deviations. Production Ensure execution of the production plan in accordance with the Production Planning (PPIC) schedule. Monitor production reporting, inventory levels, and kit readiness to ensure uninterrupted operations. Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures throughout the production process. Develop a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, including standard time analysis, bottleneck identification, production line balancing, and effective resource allocation to achieve productivity and efficiency targets. Prepare end-of-shift reports. Identify continuous improvement opportunities (CI/CR projects) to support CPU and operational performance targets. Lead cross-functional improvement projects beyond day-to-day operations, based on departmental priorities. Quality Ensure adherence to established response procedures and escalation protocols. Oversee in-line quality control systems and collaborate with the Quality team to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards. Drive achievement of scrap and waste reduction targets. People Management Coach and mentor Shift Team Leaders. Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance feedback sessions with employees. Approve employee attendance records, including workforce management system approvals. Complete manager evaluations for employee recognition and performance review cycles. Lead onboarding, training, certification, and final qualification of new employees. Identify high-potential employees for internal promotion and career development. Lead the shift's training and certification program. Recognize employee achievements and foster engagement by connecting employees to the company's business goals. Qualifications (English) Requirements: High school diploma (12 years of education) – Required Basic English proficiency Fluent Hebrew (reading, writing, and speaking) – Required Previous experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment – Required Technical experience in machine operation – Advantage Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with various departments across the plant Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment Ability to follow instructions and work within organizational guidelines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook Experience with Oracle and Matics systems – Advantage
