אנחנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת מוצר לתפקיד שמשלב פיתוח, ייצור, פתרון בעיות והובלת תהליכים מקצה לקצה.
זה תפקיד למי שאוהב/ת לקחת מוצר משלב הרעיון – דרך אב טיפוס, בדיקות וולידציה – ועד שהוא עובד בצורה מדויקת על קווי הייצור.

עבודה Hands-on עם SOLIDWORKS ותיעוד הנדסי

מהנדס/ת מכונות עם ניסיון משמעותי בעולם המוצר/פיתוח, חשיבה הנדסית חזקה, יכולת להוביל תהליכים ולפתור בעיות מורכבות בסביבה יצרנית.
דרישות
דרישות תפקיד:
תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות – חובה.
ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בהנדסת מוצר / פיתוח מוצר / הנדסת מכונות – חובה.
ניסיון בעבודה עם מתודולוגיות DFM, DFA, FMEA וניתוח כשלים.
היכרות עם תקנים הנדסיים.
ניסיון בעבודה עם SOLIDWORKS – חובה.
ניסיון בהכנת שרטוטים – יתרון.
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור
Responsibilities (English)
Product Engineer
A leading industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Product / NPI Engineer to lead engineering transfer-to-production processes, implement engineering solutions, and drive improvements in performance, quality, cost, and manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead transfer-from-development-to-production (NPI) processes.
Design and implement engineering changes for existing products.
Support new products from design phase through prototype, testing, validation, and production implementation.
Perform engineering analyses for troubleshooting and product performance improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Automation, and suppliers.
Lead cost-reduction and manufacturing capability improvement projects.
Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, ECOs, and technical documentation.
Qualifications (English)
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required.
At least 5 years of experience in Product Engineering / Product Development / Mechanical Engineering – required.
Experience with DFM, DFA, FMEA methodologies and failure analysis.
Understanding of engineering standards and specifications.
Experience working with SOLIDWORKS – required.
Experience preparing technical drawings – an advantage.
High level of English – reading, writing, and speaking.
