Planning Manager

Join Us as Our New Production Planning Manager! Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics and a knack for optimization? We're looking for a new Production Planning Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage a fantastic group of people who handle everything from production planning and inventory to shipping. You'll be a key player, working closely with our Business Planning team to make sure we're always one step ahead, meeting customer demands and keeping our operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Leading a team of 4 talented supply planners. Collaborating with our Business Planning team to create and execute operational plans. Analyzing performance metrics and sharing critical insights with management to help guide decisions. Overseeing our warehouse and shipping operations to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Optimizing our supply chain from raw materials to finished products Requirements A B.SC in Industrial Engineering. At least 5 years of experience managing Production Planning & Control. At least 2 years of experience as a manager or team leader. An excellent command of English, good enough to lead a professional discussion. A "team player" with great people skills. Someone with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. A tech-savvy mindset—you're naturally curious about how things work. Bonus Points If You Have Experience with warehouse and shipping operations. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Benefits null
