Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to join our Engineering Platform team and help build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure that supports our products and engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to the tools and platforms used across the company. In this role, you’ll help architect our cloud platform, unify CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, and accelerate developer autonomy across the company. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Platform team to build the backbone of Pango’s future engineering ecosystem. Responsibilities Cloud & Infrastructure: Help maintain and improve Pango’s AWS environment while supporting scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure. Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain Terraform modules, reusable infrastructure, and automation. CI/CD & Developer Experience: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, improve automation, and support developer productivity. Monitoring & Reliability: Help monitor production systems, improve observability, and contribute to operational excellence. Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, participate in code reviews, and continuously learn new technologies Requirements 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, or Platform Engineering Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD concepts Experience with Docker, Git, and scripting using Python or Bash Understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud fundamentals Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Passion for learning and adopting new technologies Advantages null
