Job Description
Lead all non-technology procurement activities across the organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop Procurement Team Managers as well as direct reports, fostering a high-performing and collaborative organization.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives and process improvement projects across multiple business units.
Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Facilities, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement processes.
Monitor procurement performance, supplier KPIs, budgets, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement governance, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4-5+ years of procurement experience.
• Previous experience managing a procurement team.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in large, global organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
