Role Overview We’re looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for game features and player experience across our mobile titles. You’ll sit at the center of design, data, and development—turning player insights into impactful features that meaningfully move engagement, retention, and revenue. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage backlogs—you own outcomes. Responsibilities Own feature development end-to-end—from ideation and design to launch and live iteration Drive the creation and evolution of new game features, ensuring smooth execution and strong player impact Analyze player behavior, engagement, and monetization performance to identify improvement opportunities Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, aligning game direction with company and player goals Collaborate closely with LiveOps, monetization, and analytics teams to improve retention, engagement, and revenue Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to validate ideas and optimize performance Stay on top of industry trends, competitor games, and design innovations to inform product decisions Work across the full game development pipeline, ensuring clear communication between design, engineering, and art Actively integrate AI tools into your workflow to improve speed, quality, and decision-making Requirements 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming or interactive entertainment Strong interest in mobile games and understanding of what makes them engaging Good grasp of game design principles, free-to-play mechanics, and live operations Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and player behavior Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced development environments Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and the reasoning behind them Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization ability Creative problem solver with a proactive, hands-on mindset Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment Soft Skills You think like a game designer but execute like a product owner You care deeply about player experience and measurable impact You naturally turn insights into action You’re curious, fast-moving, and comfortable owning ambiguity Benefits: Cibus meal card with a monthly allowance of ILS 1,000 Sick leave starting from the first day of employment Half-day off on select holiday eves, in addition to statutory and contractual entitlements An extra vacation day accrued for each year of employment Company shuttle service from Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, and Herzliya Study fund (Keren Hishtalmut) starting from the first day of employment
