תיאור המשרה We are looking for a Production Project Manager to take a key role in leading production programs in a dynamic, defense-industry environment. This is an opportunity to drive end-to-end production processes, create synergy across multiple disciplines, and make a real impact on operational excellence Key Responsibilities Own full responsibility for production programs and plans Monitor production progress according to work plans and ensure smooth material flow throughout the manufacturing process Coordinate sales and shipment processes Track and control production budgets at the project level Manage operational risk plans within the project Drive efficiency improvements and optimize work processes Manage all matrix stakeholders while creating synergy between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams Requirements B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management At least 2 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing company Experience in the defense manufacturing industry - Advantage Experience in process improvement - Advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Only relevant applications will be answered #Karmiel
