Production Quality Manager

תיאור המשרה We are looking for A Production Quality Manager for our Aerospace division site in Ashdod If you are passionate about quality, driven by continuous improvement, and thrive in an environment where your expertise directly impacts the products delivered to customers — this is your opportunity to lead the quality operations at a dynamic manufacturing site and make a real difference in the defense industry In this role you will Lead and manage all production quality operations at the Ashdod site, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements Drive the implementation of ISO9001 requirements and lead annual certification processes Prepare and lead internal and external audits, including findings resolution and follow-up Provide professional guidance to quality inspectors and quality trustees on the production floor Monitor, control, and present quality KPIs in management review meetings Lead and manage MRB processes Approve final products prior to delivery, including quality inspections at customer sites Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and defect reduction Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field CQE certification - advantage Minimum 5 years of experience in quality within a similar industry, with emphasis on ISO9001 and AS9100 Certified auditor experience - advantage Knowledge in mechanics and electronic manufacturing - advantage Experience working with customers, including complaint handling and failure analysis Good command of English in reading and writing Willingness to travel to the company's Netanya site once a week Excellent interpersonal skills, systemic thinking, and ability to work in a team under pressure *Only relevant applications will be answered #Ashdod
