במסגרת התפקיד:
ניהול פרויקט מולטידיספלינרי רחב, מאתגר ובעל חשיבות גבוהה לארגון
אחריות מלאה על תכנון, ניהול ומעקב אחר כלל שלבי הפרויקט
ניהול הממשק המקצועי מול צוות החברה בארה"ב כולל העברת ידע, תיאום הנדסי וסגירת נושאים טכניים
עבודה מול ממשקים רבים בארגון ומחוצה לו: יחידה עסקית, הנדסה, תפעול, רכש ולוגיסטיקה
דרישות:
מהנדס.ת תעו"נ / מכונות
ניסיון מוכח של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול פרויקטים גדולים כולל פיתוח ויצור
רקע טכני בתחום המכאניקה / הרכבות /חשמל- יתרון
יכולת הובלת פעילויות חוצות ארגון
ניסיון מוכח בניהול תכנית עבודה, תקציב ולו"ז פרויקטלי
ניסיון וידע במערכות OFFICE ,ERP
ניסיון ורקע צבאי / פיקודי – יתרון
נכונות לנסיעות חו"ל
תקשורת בין אישית טובה
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
