Quality Assurance Assistant

Job description Implement the company’s policy of quality assurance and quality control Responsibility for inspecting procedures, outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues Implement and maintain all QA activities in the company to ensure compliance with the regulatory and quality system requirements Responsibilities: Implement, maintain and edit company quality procedures, standards and policies Monitor and implement company operations following quality assurance procedures Supervise and guide the R&D and production team Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output Report all malfunctions to production to ensure immediate action Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation Ensure all legal standards are met Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections Manage and maintain Customer complaints Requirements: Proven experience of 1-3 years as a quality assurance assistance or relevant role in medical device company Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards Great attention to details BSc/BA in bio-medical relevant field (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering) and QA certificate accordingly
