Quality Manager – Programs & R&D - Netanya SiteElbit Systems is seeking a Quality Manager for Programs and R&D to join our Netanya site
Responsibilities
Lead quality management across business units and R&D (system, hardware, and software), from proposal phase to customer deliveryConduct internal quality auditsPrepare for and support external quality auditsRespond to quality requirements in tendersMonitor program quality KPIsLead cross-organizational quality initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or ManagementDegree in Quality Engineering or CQE/CQM certification – advantagePrevious experience in development or integration roles – advantageMinimum 5 years of experience leading complex projects or processesFamiliarity with hardware or software development processes and Agile methodologies – advantageExperience in development-to-production transferKnowledge of AS9100 quality standardsProven experience in matrix management with multiple interfacesStrong leadership, process ownership, and dynamic approachHigh attention to detail, organization, and structureExcellent English (spoken and written)Willingness to travel abroad as needed
