SAP ABAP Team Lead

Description abra SAP Department is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Team Lead. We are looking for an experienced SAP Development Team Lead to lead a development team while remaining hands-on (50%). The role includes managing development activities, working closely with functional consultants and various stakeholders, overseeing integrations and interfaces, and ensuring high-quality development and timely delivery. Full-time, hybrid position in Northern Israel Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the SAP development team. 50% team management and 50% hands-on development. Manage development activities and priorities according to the work plan. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Lead and support SAP integrations and interfaces. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Ensure code quality, adherence to procedures, and delivery timelines. Requirements 5+ years of professional SAP development experience. Proven experience with SAP ABAP development and technologies – must . Strong experience with ABAP OO, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Function Modules/RFC, IDOCs, ALV, Enhancements and Forms. Experience with OData/Gateway and SAP integration technologies. Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori – advantage. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
