Cutting-edge stack: Cloud-native systems, 100% GitOps delivery, multi-cloud Kubernetes, and AI coding agents - you'll work on technologies that define tomorrow's engineering landscape.   What you'll do Own the lifecycle : Own the full code-to-production lifecycle - CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and application delivery - across a multi-account, multi-cloud topology. Operate Kubernetes : Build and operate the Kubernetes platform (EKS/GKE) that ~99% of Oasis Platform workloads run on. Drive GitOps : Drive our 100% GitOps delivery through ArgoCD and Terraform - the repo *is* production. Ensure reliability : Set SLOs and build the observability behind them; carry on-call and lead incident response. Build paved roads : Build the paved roads every engineer here ships on, with AI tooling as a daily multiplier.   What we're looking for Experience : 5+ years building and operating production-grade, enterprise-level infrastructure as a DevOps / SRE / Platform engineer. Kubernetes expertise : Deep, hands-on experience running production grade Kubernetes (EKS and/or GKE). GitOps mastery : Strong infrastructure-as-code and GitOps fundamentals - Terraform plus ArgoCD/Flux, with a declarative-everything mindset. Multi-cloud proficiency : Comfort operating across more than one cloud (we run both AWS and GCP).   Bonus points for Advanced patterns : Helm chart authoring and advanced ArgoCD patterns (ApplicationSets, sync waves, multi-cluster). AI-augmented workflow : An AI-augmented workflow - AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) you actually use day to day. Observability and security : Observability, secrets, and policy tooling (Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, Vault, OPA/Kyverno). Domain knowledge : Knowledge of identity or security domains.
