מחפש.ת תפקיד משמעותי ומאתגר בעולם הדאטה והשיווק? אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת מחלקת אנליזה שיווקית מנוסה ומוכשר/ת להובלת צוות האנליסטים שלנו. זוהי הזדמנות יוצאת דופן לעבוד עם המותגים המובילים בישראל, להשפיע באופן ישיר על החלטות עסקיות אסטרטגיות ולתרגם נתוני עתק לתובנות מעשיות שמניעות תוצאות בשטח.
בתפקיד זה, תוביל/י את הפעילות האנליטית של המחלקה בסביבה דינמית, חדשנית ומתקדמת טכנולוגית. תעבדו בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם צוותי השיווק ומשרדי פרסום מובילים, תוך התמודדות עם אתגרי דאטה מורכבים ושימוש בכלי המדידה וה-BI המתקדמים ביותר בשוק.
תחומי האחריות:
הובלה וניהול מקצועי של צוות אנליסטים בפרויקטי אנליזה מגוונים עבור לקוחות אסטרטגיים.
ניתוח מעמיק של נתוני פעילות שיווקית ודיגיטלית ממקורות מידע מרובים.
בניית דוחות מורכבים, דשבורדים אינטראקטיביים והגדרת מדדי ביצוע מרכזיים (KPIs).
זיהוי מגמות, הזדמנויות עסקיות והמלצות אופטימיזציה לשיפור ביצועי הקמפיינים.
ליווי וייעוץ שוטף למנהלי שיווק ולקוחות בקבלת החלטות מבוססות דאטה.
אנו מציעים פלטפורמה מעולה לצמיחה מקצועית ואישית, הזדמנות להוביל תהליכים משמעותיים מקצה לקצה, ועבודה לצד אנשי המקצוע הטובים ביותר בתחום באווירה משפחתית ותומכת.
Requirements
לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בתחום ה-Digital Analytics - חובה.
ניסיון מוכח בניהול עובדים והובלת צוות - חובה.
ניסיון מעשי עשיר בעבודה עם GA4 ו-GTM - חובה.
שליטה ברמה גבוהה ב-SQL ועבודה מעשית עם GCP (בדגש על BigQuery) - חובה.
ניסיון עבודה עם כלי BI כגון Looker Studio, Power BI או Datorama - חובה.
שליטה מעולה ב-Excel וב-Google Sheets - חובה.
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד - חובה.
ניסיון עבודה קודם במשרדי פרסום או בתכנון מבחני A/B Testing - יתרון משמעותי.
תואר אקדמי בכלכלה, סטטיסטיקה, מנהל עסקים או תחום רלוונטי אחר - יתרון.
