About the role We’re looking for a Senior Product / UX/UI Designer to join our product design team and take ownership over complex, data-driven product areas. The role requires strong system and product thinking, with the ability to turn complex ideas, workflows, and large amounts of data into clear, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences. You’ll work closely with Product managers and Engineers on real, day-to-day product challenges, designing tools that simplify complexity, support better decision-making, and play a direct role in shaping the future of construction. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design processes: from problem definition to UX, UI, and handoff Translate complex product logic and large amounts of data into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling product experiences that balance clarity, usability, and visual quality Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and make design decisions Take ownership over features and product areas, including design decisions, tradeoffs, iterations, and clearly communicating design rationale across all stakeholders Design and deliver high-fidelity product solutions and prototypes using Figma and AI-powered tools Use AI tools as part of the design workflow to support research, exploration, ideation, and execution Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Product / UX/UI Designer, designing complex products or platforms (B2B / SaaS), including data-heavy products or analytical tools Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related design field Strong portfolio demonstrating system thinking, UX decision-making, and real product impact Ability to simplify complex ideas and large data sets into clear, usable, and visually appealing interfaces High proficiency in Figma, with strong attention to hierarchy, structure, and interaction Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams Familiarity with AI-powered tools as part of the design workflow (e.g., Figma Make, Claude, Cursor, or similar LLM-based and design tools) Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions in English Please include a link to an online portfolio in addition to your CV Advantage: Background in the construction industry, construction tech, architecture, or related fields *By submitting your application, you agree that Buildots will process your personal data in accordance with Buildots' Privacy Policy.
