Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines. • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams. • Build and optimize workflows using Databricks, Spark, Kafka, and AWS. • Implement real-time and batch processing architectures. • Develop and maintain ingestion pipelines from multiple sources. • Manage deployment and performance of data infrastructure. • Use Terraform to manage infrastructure-as-code. • Prepare data for analytics and product-facing use cases. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience working with large-scale data systems. • Strong experience with PySpark, Kafka, and Databricks. • Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL. • Experience with AWS cloud services. • Hands-on experience with Spark on Kubernetes. • Experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka connectors. • Knowledge of modern data architecture principles. • BSc or higher in Computer Science or related field. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships within the construction industry. In this role, you will work closely with customers, lead consultative sales efforts, and help expand Versatile’s presence across assigned territories. Responsibilities: • Manage outside face-to-face sales within assigned territories. • Build account development plans for customer hierarchies and strategic growth. • Work closely with the VP Sales to implement enterprise agreements. • Conduct consultative selling and customer solution presentations. • Lead in-person demonstrations of Versatile’s technology solutions. • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers on construction sites. • Collaborate with Product, Logistics, Credit, Marketing, Technical Services, and Customer Success teams. • Represent Versatile at construction industry events and trade organizations. Requirements: • 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in construction technology. • Experience developing and executing structured sales processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Understanding of construction workflows and technology adoption. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer relationships. • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory. What You Will Be Doing • Own and drive the product roadmap for a core product area - from ideation through delivery. • Collaborate across engineering, design, operations, sales, and go-to-market to identify, shape, and deliver high-impact product initiatives. • Build a deep understanding of users and the market, and turn that understanding into a product people actually use. • Drive end-to-end execution - build trust, remove blockers, and hold the bar on quality and timelines. • Contribute to the overall product strategy by bringing customer insight, data, and sharp cost-benefit judgment to strategic discussions. Requirements: • 8+ years of hands-on product management experience. You’ve shipped products that mattered and can point to the impact. • You’ve owned a product at a meaningful revenue scale and know what it takes to keep a mature product moving forward through real complexity. • Strong product and UX sense. You see the line between what users ask for and what actually drives long-term value, and you’re obsessed with intuitive user experience. • Resourceful and relentless. You break through walls, work outside formal boundaries, and find a way when there isn’t an obvious one. • Effective leadership. You build trust fast and are able to rally individuals and teams around a joint mission. • Analytical and data-driven mindset. You’re comfortable working with metrics, usage patterns, and qualitative insights. • Excellent English communication. You can walk a room through a hard trade-off and leave everyone aligned, whether they’re technical or not. • Robust technical background. You’re comfortable engaging with engineers across hardware, firmware, AI, data pipelines, web, and mobile. You don’t need experience in all of these, but you need the depth to lead product decisions across a complex stack. • Curious and adaptive. You don’t cling to playbooks, you’re always looking for better ways to build products, especially as AI reshapes what’s possible.
