SodaStream: Data and AI Senior Manager

Overview (English) At SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, we are looking for a Data and AI Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end transformation of how data, analytics, automation, and AI are leveraged to create business value. This role defines and leads SodaStream’s Data & AI strategy, aligned with PepsiCo’s global architecture and capabilities, embedding AI and automation into core business processes and scaling enterprise capabilities to deliver measurable business value. As a key member of the IT Leadership Team, reporting to the CIO, this role partners with business leaders and global capabilities stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide transformation, productivity, and innovation. Responsibilities (English) Define and lead SodaStream’s Data & AI strategy and roadmap, aligned with PepsiCo’s enterprise architecture, capabilities and responsible AI governance Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities based on business needs, impact, feasibility, and alignment with company priorities Work closely with business stakeholders (Marketing, Commercial, Operations, R&D, etc.) to define problems, translate them into clear digital requirements, and shape solution approaches from concept through value realization Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle (use case → pilot → scale → measurable business impact) Own and evolve enterprise data & analytics capabilities, ensuring trusted data foundations and advanced BI for decision-making Qualifications (English) 10 + years of experience in Digital Transformation leadership roles Strong background in translating business strategy into data and AI execution with strong focus on business value creation, prioritization, and ROI delivery Hands-on experience leading end-to-end projects, including problem definition, prioritization, pilot execution, and rollout Experience operating in complex, matrix organizations with global stakeholders Strong communicator with leadership presence 2+ years of experience delivering AI and automation solutions (GenAI/AgenticAI/RPA) at enterprise scale Experience working on digital platforms (eCommerce, CRM) or connected/IoT products, with understanding of how these drive business value About Us SodaStream is on a mission to revolutionize the beverage industry by reducing single-use plastic and empowering consumers to make more sustainable choices.
